This is a fringe breast collar that is hand braided out of the highest quality 550 paracord that fits mini horses and small ponies. It is very adjustable. The rings are stainless steel. It takes up on the side very simply with roller buckles. I have attached trigger snaps to the sides and the bottom tugs to make it easy attach.
It is very easy to clean....just wash with a mild soap and hang to dry.
